The house can sleep 15 guests in the bedrooms with an additional 5 guests in sofa beds.
The house can be booked either for weekly, weekend or midweek breaks. We do not offer single night stays.
Weekend stays are for 3 nights and start on Friday at 2pm with departure by Monday at 10am, Mid week rates are for 4 nights from Monday at 2pm to Friday at 10am. The house is rented as a whole, no discounts are available for shorter stays or a reduced number of guests. Prices may be subject to change without notification and subject to the owners discretion.
A non refundable/non transferable deposit is all that is required now to secure your booking. The balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. The refundable security deposit is payable 14 days prior to arrival and will be repaid within 7 days of departure.

- Booking requests can be made online or by email or phone. Once availability has been confirmed the booking will be held for 3 working days to enable you to pay the non refundable deposit of £500. Payment can be made via debit or credit card (1% card processing fee applies) or via BACS transfer.
- The balance is due 28 days before your holiday and on receipt of the balance the final details are sent to you. The refundable security deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-let if the balance is not received during the ‘due’ period. Invoices are only sent in the case of overdue balances.
- We do not offer holiday insurance, but do advise you to arrange your own.
- Booking deposits are not refundable. Cancellations can be made up to 28 days before you stay, however, after that time the full price must be paid unless the house can be re-let. If there is a need to re-advertise this will be deducted from the refund.
- Please note that any complaints should be registered during your holiday and we will do our best to remedy within 24 hours. No responsibility can be taken for issues not reported until after your stay.
- If you have a mobility problem, it should be noted that our house is a period property, meaning that some of the stairs can be steep and the layout is not always the same as a modern house. If this is a concern to you, please make specific enquiries before you make your booking with regard to stairs and access to bathrooms/showers, door widths etc. We are not registered as suitable for disabled guests with mobility issues.
